Move Mountains Health and Fitness
Stacey is an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who understands the importance of assessing clients as individuals and focusing on their personal requirements and goals when designing tailor made fitness programs.

Stacey has always had a passion for health and fitness, gaining her REPS level 2 as a fitness instructor in 2011 and then gaining her Level 3 as a Personal Trainer in 2012. Working within areas such as obesity, cardiovascular health, weight loss and mobility to name a few, made her acutely aware of the intrinsic relationship between nutrition and physical fitness. This has motivated her to study for a Nutritional qualification in 2016.

Since becoming a Personal Trainer, Stacey has trained a diverse range of clients, initially as an instructor in several ladies only gyms and then taking on management roles as she progressed. In 2015 Stacey undertook the task of opening a gym from scratch, training new instructors and managing there pre-sale period.  She thrives on helping all she meets to achieve their full potential through educating, empowering and supporting them through their personal fitness and health journey. Stacey strives to make sure her sessions are interesting and challenging. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling motivated, energised and with a sense of accomplishment.

With regards to her own fitness program, she likes to keep things varied; suspension training, swimming, cycling, and spin classes are amongst her favourites. Having previously run cross country and cycled from London to Brighton, her hope for 2016 is to compete in an outdoor obstacle challenge.
