Chris is a qualified Sports Therapist and Masseuse and has been established within this sector since 2011 after finishing his education of 3 years at the University of Bedfordshire.
Chris' unique blend of skills and techniques has enabled him to deliver tailored massages to clients from all walks of life. This includes runners at the London marathon where he has volunteered for MacMillan Cancer Support on several occasions. He also has a breadth of experience treating people from non-sporting backgrounds.
A key part of Chris' work is establishing the root cause and muscle groups affected by injuries, providing massage and assisting with rehabilitation and future injury prevention. Chris believes that massage is a necessity, not a luxury and, as such, his technique often involves a bespoke approach, producing an individual and personal programme of treatment.
Chris is a keen sports competitor himself, from Football, Rugby and Squash, to Surfing , Snowboarding and Cycling - Chris knows how to push his body to the limit!
